- Ensure the legality of the content and products submitted to Amazon
- Review and approve materials within agreed deadlines
Failure to comply may result in project delays or suspension.
3. Payment Terms
Payments must be made as agreed upon in the service proposal. Late payments may result in service interruption or penalties as outlined in the contract.
4. Intellectual Property
All materials developed by LVSBR (e.g., designs, layouts, strategies) remain the intellectual property of the Company unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The use of such materials is granted exclusively for the agreed purpose.
5. Confidentiality
We commit to maintaining confidentiality regarding all business, technical, and personal data shared by the client. We do not disclose or sell data to third parties.
6. Limitation of Liability
LVSBR shall not be held liable for:
- Any losses arising from the misuse of the platform (e.g., Amazon)
- Delays caused by third-party services or force majeure
- Client-provided content that breaches Amazon policies
